Steve works for Asda (distribution centre) and has been working there 9 years in November, he also does the odd decorating job (never our house lol) he works hard and is an amazing husband and father....He loves being a dad to our 3 girls and they have him wrapped around their little fingers....
Steve is really into sport, he loves watching it (big Tottenham Hotspurs fan) he loves to play darts, pool and snooker too.....he is fab at paper folding and makes the most amazing stuff....he loves to watch Only Fools and Horses and Movies (he has quite the collection on the go)....
He has 3 brothers and 1 sister and between us with have 21 nieces and nephews....he loves Christmas and gets very carried away with the fairy lights....he does all the wrapping because he is ten times better at it than me.....
He loves listening to Pink Floyd (yuk) but i am very happy to say he also really likes My Chemical Romance (great for me).....he makes me laugh everyday and i am truly glad for that....
The thing i know for sure is I love him and he loves me and the girls adore him to bits.....
I worry way too much, are the girls eating and drinking enough ?.....do they have enough time spent with them ?....is Steve happy ? does Isla get enough cuddles ? Steve says i worry too much, but i wouldn't be me if i didn't.....
I love being a mum....the rewards are endless...don't get me wrong its hard work and sometimes i am just so shattered by the end of the day i could fall asleep standing up.....I love to look at the girls when they are sleeping, honestly they look like little angels....sometimes i think there just isn't enough school holidays or time in the week to spend with them and they are growing soooo fast, it scares me.....
I love to read and listen to music, i love chocolate way too much and i comfort eat....I love my bed and the comfort it brings....i love to snuggle under a fleece blanket and watch movies with the kids....i think the little things you do with your children build the biggest memories....
I am always pretty much Broody and would love another baby....i keep dreaming that i have Katie and Emma in High School, Isla is in Lower School and I have 2 boys at home Andrew 17 months and Toby 4 weeks....you would think that a dream like that would scare me....but it really doesn't.....
I am quite an untidy person and not a great lover of housework (not a good thing really) my side of the bed is always messy, sweetie wrappers, piles of books, a glass of water and many other things....if i run out of room i just use Steve's very empty side of the bed = not always are very happy hubby.....I really to work on a few things....
I love winter time and if it snows i just have to dance around the livingroom (kids call it my snow dance)....i could sing christmas songs and watch christmas movies any month of the year....I love to make family traditions for the girls.....every christmas eve they always wear new nightwear to bed....they always pick what they want for breakfast and dinner on their birthdays (its their special day)......
Katie is 10 going on 16, she loves fashion and make up, music and watching movies, loves sleepovers and going to McDonalds.....she is a fab big sister to both Emma and Isla.....she is a very creative young lady and has beautiful handwriting....she cares alot for people and is very good natured....she does well at school and works hard.....
Katie was born on the 6th Sept 2000 and weighed in at a very healthy 9lbs 8oz.....she had the most amazing head of dark hair, big brown eyes and was chubby.....I can't believe she is going to be 11 soon....she was a lovely calm baby and always happy....
Katie is such a pretty young lady and it scares me how fast she is growing up.....but i love the fact i can go clothes shopping with and do pretty things to her hair....I love that we can have little chats and that she is close to her dad......
Emma is 8, loves animals and dragons, loves Barbie Movies and making tents....Emma can be very hard to read because is soooo quirky....but we all love her for that....she is a fab sister to Katie and Isla....she just loves that baby!!!!!!!!!
Emma was born on the 13th Dec 2002 (Friday) weighing in at 9lbs 9oz.....so beautiful and chubby, fluffy hair and big eyes.....such a happy and calm baby, where has the time gone, nearly 9 already......
Emma is such a pretty little girl, so dinky and full of energy.....I love the fact she lives in her own little world and i love that she is soooooo funny.....
I will let you in on a little secret.....I was sooooooooo scared about Isla coming into the family.....such a big age gap between her and the girls.....was i going to remember everything? going throught the sleepless nights again and dirty nappies.....One min i was sooooo happy and couldn't wait for her to come along and the next i would be crying and wanting her to stay put.....i worried though out my pregnancy, worried that something was going to happen, see i lost to babies after i had Emma and i was soooo scared it would happen again....
As soon as Isla was born and they handed her to me for a cuddle...all my worries left me, i sat there holding this beautiful little baby in my arms and i wasn't scared anymore....it was a wonderful feeling, the best feeling in the world.....she has been a massive Blessing to this family....she has changed everything, Steve and I love her soooo much and the girls adore her to bits....needless to say she has made me very broody....but i think we have enough Love to add another baby to our family.....
We don't have a flash car our a big house....we don't have alot of money but we are happy and thats what counts !!!!!!! but we don't need it...we have each other and that is enough !!!!!!!!!!
